Volunteering for Shuto Con 2015 will start on October 1st!

Why Volunteer?
If there were no volunteers there would be no convention! Staff members need volunteers in order to keep up with everything going on. As a volunteer, you are able to be a part of something you enjoy, meet new people, and gain background knowledge of the world of conventions and anime. At Shuto Con, volunteers are very important in keeping the convention running and are given gifts for their efforts; we like our volunteers and we hope to have our volunteers like us!

What Are The Benefits Of Volunteering?
There are many benefits to volunteering at an Anime Convention, which include but are not limited to:

    • Community hours for school classes and clubs

    • Exclusive prizes and raffles for convention merchandise

    • Full Badge refund for 14+ hours of volunteering over the weekend

    • $10 Shuto Con Merch voucher for 10-14 hours of volunteering over the weekend (redeemable at con or two weeks after the convention online)

    • Chance to win a trophy

    • Meeting people with similar interests

    • Drinks and snacks provided before and after shifts

Don't forget the Most Valuable Volunteer award! The MVV Award is an honor bestowed on the best-performing volunteer in the volunteering team. The Most Valuable Volunteer will receive a trophy with certificate, their badge completely refunded (max $40), receive a discount coupon for Shuto Con merchandise, and a choice of a fun prize!
