Panel submissions are now open! Panels will be open from Oct 1st, 2013 - February 20th, 2014.
Thank your for your interest in doing a panel at Shuto Con. Please fill out the following form for each panel you will be submitting. You should receive a reply letting you know we've received your panel request within ten days of submitting a panel. You will know if your panel has been accepted or denied at least by February 17th. Thank you for your help in making Shuto Con such an amazing convention.
Did you know that as a panelist you can get reimbursed for your badge?
You must do 3 or more hours of panels for badge reimbursement. Only the head panelist is eligible for reimbursement. If you get your badge from anything other than preregistration (Artists Alley, Vendors, Convention Table Swap, etc.) you are not eligible for badge reimbursement. You must show up before your panels and check in at the Panelist Check-In table, show up for and complete all your panels, and report to the Panel Director after your third/final hour of panels for your badge reimbursement.
