Advertising for 2014 will open in the Fall.

Program Booklet Ad Space

A program booklet will be distributed in our “swag bags” to each attendee that purchases a Membership Badge at Shuto Con (while supplies last). A minimum of 3000 booklets will be given out at Shuto Con 2013. Prices for booklet ad space are as follows:

8.5" H x 7" W Full Page COLOR Ad $200.00 (Two available)

8.5" H x 7" W Full Page B&W Ad $100.00

4.25" H x 7" W Half Page B&W Ad $50.00

4” H x 3" W Quarter Page B&W Ad $25.00

Accepted formats are .jpg, .gif, .png, .pdf and must be 300px in resolution to be accepted. Ads may be resized slightly to accommodate page borders. Full color ads will be accepted, but will be printed in black and white.

Swag Bag Placement

We also offer affordable rates to those wishing to place full color ads and/or other promotional items in our “swag bags” for more exposure. "Swag bags" are given out to all attendees that purchase a Membership Badge (while supplies last). A minimum of 3000 "swag bags" will be given out at Shuto Con 2013. Prices for full color ads to be placed in “swag bags” are as follows:

5.47" x 4.21" Standard Postcard Sized Ad $100.00 (per 1000 quantity)

3.43" x 1.93" Standard Business Card Sized Ad $50.00 (per 1000 quantity)
