Program Booklet Ad Space

A program booklet will be distributed in our “swag bags” to each attendee that purchases a membership badge at Shuto Con. Prices for booklet ad space are as follows:

8.5" H x 7" W Full Page Ad $100.00

4.25" H x 7" W Half Page Ad $50.00

4” H x 3" W Quarter Page Ad $25.00

Accepted formats are .jpg, .gif, .png, .pdf and must be 300px in resolution to be accepted. Ads may be resized slightly to accommodate page borders. Full color ads will be accepted, but will be printed in black and white.

Swag Bag Placement

We also offer affordable rates to those wishing to place full color ads and/or other promotional items in our “swag bags” for more exposure. Prices for full color ads to be placed in “swag bags” are as follows:

5.47" x 4.21" Standard Postcard Sized Ad $75.00 (500 Quantity)

3.43" x 1.93" Standard Business Card Sized Ad $50.00 (500 Quantity)

All ads must be sent to us by February 25th, 2011 in order to be considered. No adult advertisements will be accepted.

Website Advertising

If you would like to advertise your business on the Shuto Con website, we have ad space for you! The list below showcases the spaces we have available:

One 125 x 125 Gif (Animated or Stationary) on the Index (Home) Page - $20/month or $1/Day - Five slots available at the bottom of the page.

One 125 x 125 Gif (Animated or Stationary) on any other page (except Artists and Dealer's Alley)- $10/month or 5 $.50/day - Five slots available at the bottom of the page.
